## Details

Increment is the calendar that fills itself in. Add your to-do list, and Increment finds the time to get things done around the events you can’t move. Everything in Increment is an event, a task or a goal. Events are fixed, tasks and goals are flexible. Increment schedules your flexible work around your fixed commitments. Meetings and appointments are never moved; the rest of your week is planned around them.

Events sync from Outlook and Microsoft 365, and Increment stays in sync with any calendar link: iCloud, Google, your timetable. Tasks are your to-dos, and Increment works out when the best time to get them done is. They’re prioritised by deadline and urgency, long jobs are split around your day, other tasks are supported as dependencies, and recurring tasks handle daily or weekly jobs.

Goals are how you want to spend your spare time. Set the target number of sessions and session length, with streaks and analytics to stay motivated. Your tasks and goals drop into the gaps between events, soonest deadline first, splitting anything too long for one block.

When plans change, the week reschedules itself. Move one thing and Increment reshuffles every flexible task around it. Pin something to keep it where it is.

Group tasks, notes and plans into projects, then colour. Each project has its own workspace, so everything it needs stays together. Increment learns from what you have already filed to suggest a project for each new task. Colour the whole calendar by project, or keep it by type, set a project to only be scheduled within certain hours, or move a project to the backlog to stop it being scheduled for now.

Set a target — three runs a week, an hour of Spanish a day — and tick each session off from the sidebar as you finish it. Analytics help you keep track, filtered and ranked by project. Set the times you want to work on a particular project, with sleeping, working and personal bands, and per-task rules for which hours it may use. Week, month, inbox and projects views let you see time across events, tasks and goals.

Connect an Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar, subscribe to any calendar by link, import an .ics file from any calendar, and enjoy multi-device sync that works offline. Pricing is £6 a month, £48 a year, or £120 once. Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card: start the free trial and choose a plan in the app when you are ready. Unlimited events, tasks and goals are included, cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Never locked out — if you stop paying, or the trial ends, the calendar goes read-only and nothing is deleted.
