## Details

Todowing restores the sub-task trees that Todoist flattens. Your hierarchy already exists in your account; Todoist simply doesn't show it in date and filter views. Todowing injects the indented rows, so each sub-task sits under its parent with its own date, priority and labels. Sub-tasks appear inline under their parent in Today, Upcoming, Boards, Filters and Labels, nesting intact. Check off or reopen any sub-task right in the list, without opening the task. Type a new sub-task under any task, rename in place, or drag rows into the order you want. toggle hides done sub-tasks, and a finished parent with open work under it stays put, so nothing active disappears. You can even file a task under a parent in another project without moving it — Todoist keeps the record in the task itself, so you see it on your phone too.

Todowing also brings a focus timer to today's work. Pick what you're working on next from Today and start a timer; a card counts down beside your list, holding those tasks and their sub-tasks, and session runs across every tab you have open. Put a number on a task from its own row — five minutes, an hour, or whatever you type — and Todoist's own header carries the total for everything the view is showing, while the strip totals just the tasks you picked for a session. Three lines above your Today list catch the things that never become tasks; it reads a little markdown and saves as you type.

Todowing lets you have Todoist in the font, size and colours you want. Browse fifty Google Fonts, each rendered in its own face, and pick — the whole Todoist app restyles, including the sub-task rows Todowing puts there. Scale Todoist's text from 85% to 200% in steps of 5, whichever suits your eyes, across headings, tasks, descriptions and sub-task rows. Re-tint a dark Todoist theme: surfaces, text, dividers and accent, with each palette also setting its own row spacing, section and corner rounding, so your list re-shapes as well as re-colours. Publish a calendar from Apple Calendar and paste its link; the day's events show above your tasks, each wearing its calendar's name and colour, for up to five calendars.

Todowing is extension and the list — a-time payment, no subscription, with a free tier included. It's a growing set of upgrades: the next lands in this same extension, and if it's paid, your unlock already covers it.
