NBP Feedback Engine automatically filters reviews based on ratings. When customers submit a review with 4 stars or higher, it gets published publicly on your product page on NextBigProduct and show an option for any connected platforms (Capterra, G2, Trustpilot, Google, etc.). Reviews with 3 or less than 3 stars are kept private and sent directly to you, allowing you to address concerns without public exposure.

Integration takes less than 5 minutes. After signing up, you'll receive a small JavaScript code snippet to embed in your website. No technical expertise is required. Our support team is also available to help with integration if needed.

Absolutely! All plans include widget customization. You can change colors, button position and titles to perfectly match your website's design.

No problem. When you purchase Feedback Engine, we create a free NBP listing for your product automatically, so you can start collecting and showcasing reviews right away.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and give you options to upgrade. Reviews collected beyond your limit will still be processed, but you'll need to upgrade to continue collecting new reviews in the next billing cycle. You can also purchase additional review packs if you don't want to upgrade your entire plan.
