Hi, thank you for interest. we are not really replacing human interviews. rather the old-school resume screening that just checks how many keywords you have. instead of getting rejected by ats filters because they have got 400 applications and they can only interview 50 candidates. so you either pass them through ATS filter or conduct AI interview. I beleive AI interview at least give fair chance for everyone. let me know feedback. thank you for the comment.

Hello, so for every candidate we get we conduct a realtime audio/video interview. That is based on candidates resume, the job description and topics, skills evaluation. so the agent talks to candidates and access a score out of 100 for every skill and creates a leaderboard of all candidates who have completed the interview for more info please reach out to us at ashish.so@zivaro.ai.
